The administrative staff Windsor Family Dentistry is here to help explain the costs
associated with treatment and make sense of dental insurance coverage. We are in
network for most major providers. For those patients with dental insurance we will
process your claim on your behalf but do request you pay your estimated portion at the
time services are provided. Our estimates are made in good faith, but sometimes
insurance companies do not cover their estimated portion, and for the remainder you
will be responsible. For patients with more than one insurance, we’ll bill to your primary
provider and work with you to help submit paperwork for additional insurances so that
you may be directly compensated. For patients without dental insurance, we request
you pay for services rendered at the time of treatment. For bigger cases involving
labwork, surgical healing time, etc. we ask for half the payment at the time treatment is
initiated and the remainder at the time it’s delivered.
For your convenience, we accept all major forms of payment to include cash, check,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are also pleased to work with
CareCredit to set up payment plans ranging from months to years, with some options
including 0% interest!
